What it really comes down to is an intangible — having good real estate “Instincts”. Having the ability to see a problem before it becomes a problem, a natural feel for what the market is doing, even being able to determine whether someone is sincere or not. It’s being able to understand the needs of folks, even when they can’t explain them for themselves. That gut feeling for the value of the property even before you research it.
Beyond that — insights which only come with maturity and experience, knowledge of the market, people management skills, strength of an international brand, and embracing of the tools and technology used in today’s promoting of real estate.
I believe being a real estate agent isn’t a job, it’s a way of life. An agent who understands that their purpose is to serve the public and the needs of their clientele — which is paramount.
But beyond all of that, I have been successful in aiding my clients in realizing their real estate goals.
Let me know if I can help you.
